You should bring your Bible, a pen, a light jacket and your registration confirmation or ticket.

Check-in will open at 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 23.

If You Have a Ticket:
Registration opens at 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 23. When you arrive at Alpha Summit, enter any of the main doors of the building and approach one of the check-in stations manned by our volunteers. You’ll be asked for your ticket. Please make sure all the information on the ticket is completely filled out. Once you’re checked in, you’ll receive your conference packet. You’re only required to check in once.

At-the-Door Registration:
If the conference is not sold out, at-the-door registrations will be accepted at the Late Registration Rate of $125. When you enter the main doors, go to the registration area and complete a registration form. You will make your payment at that time. Once registration is complete, you’ll receive your conference packet.

Men, ages 12 and older, may attend.

Casual attire is recommended. The Auditorium is enclosed and air-conditioned. Because the temperatures may vary, we encourage wearing layered clothing. You may also want to consider bringing a light jacket. There will be some outdoor activities specified on the schedule. Check the weather and plan appropriately.

Dinner (Thursday night) and both breakfasts will be provided; however, you will be on your own for lunch and dinner Friday. Whether you prefer a light meal at a local deli, a good old-fashioned hamburger, surf ‘n’ turf or a fine dining establishment, you’ll have plenty of choices in the Southlake area.
